This Privacy Policy explains how Orient Development (“Orient,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a development under ASAS Group operating the website at orientdev.com (the “Site”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit the Site or submit an enquiry to us. We are an early-stage real estate developer based in Beirut, Lebanon, and this Site is informational and lead-generation only — we do not sell anything online, and we do not require you to create an account.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our “Register Interest” / contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, the project or topic you're interested in, and any message you choose to add.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider automatically logs basic technical data for security and performance purposes — for example, IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. We don't use this data to individually identify you.

Analytics. If enabled, we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (e.g. which pages are viewed, general location at a city/country level). Where enabled, IP addresses are anonymised before storage and we do not use this data for ad targeting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up about the project(s) you asked about.
• To send you information, brochures, or updates you've requested.
• To keep the Site secure and working properly.
• To understand how the Site is used, so we can improve it.
• To meet legal or regulatory obligations, where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Who We Share It With

We don't sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site and handle your enquiry:

• Web3Forms — the form-delivery service that receives your enquiry submission and forwards it to our inbox.
• Render — our website hosting provider.
• Google Analytics — only if enabled, as described above.

If you choose to message us on WhatsApp or Instagram instead of using the form, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's or Meta's own privacy policy, not this one.

4. How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and follow up about the project(s) you asked about, and then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time — see Section 6 below.

5. Cookies

The Site itself does not use cookies to track you for advertising. If Google Analytics is enabled, it may set a small number of first-party cookies to distinguish visitors; you can opt out of Google Analytics using your browser or an official opt-out add-on.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email info@orientdev.com and we'll take care of it.

7. Children

The Site is intended for adults inquiring about real estate and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Site or our services change. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
